MZ Apartments Prado I

The first apartment I was moved to had a gas leak. I could smell it in the hallway, but when I reported it, they checked and said everything was fine. The leak was still there when I came back that night, and even the neighbors told me to leave. Before that, the apartment I’d rented was filthy, with hair everywhere, food scraps, trash under the bed, and mold in the bathroom. I reported the mess and was offered another place. I contacted Sanna and Mozart, the owner, and asked for a refund, but they offered another apartment instead. I ended up moving to a third place at night in the rain, with my 7-year-old son nearly asleep. It was a horrible experience. I do not recommend MZ APARTMENTS!!!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and has all the modern comforts. It’s also very convenient, with supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, the beach, and other amenities close by. I chose MZ Apartments for my vacation in Copacabana and was really happy with the location. Thanks to the whole staff, especially Sanna, who was always quick to help us and was professional and courteous. Thank you so much, Sanna.

We really felt at home in the apartment on rua Bolívar 134. Every little detail seemed thought through to make guests comfortable, and we didn’t find anything missing. The location is great, with a 24-hour market, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby, and the beach is four blocks away. Thank you so much to MZ Apartaments for hosting us, and to Sanna for always replying quickly and answering our questions. We loved our stay and will definitely be back soon.🙏🏻

Thanks to the whole team, especially Carmen and Alessandra, who took care of my stay in Rio. The place was clean, and the bed and bath linens were good quality. I’ll definitely come back. I recommend it, and thank you!
