The staff are very hands-on, and the place has a warm, home-like feel. I really enjoyed staying here. It’s quite quaint.

The nature around the Veneza Hotel made this feel like a real retreat. It was peaceful and comfortable, just right for slowing down and enjoying a special break. We had an incredible stay, and the service was impeccable. Beatriz, Caio and Jéssica were especially attentive, approachable, and kind throughout. The restaurants were wonderful too, particularly Maracujá, which was our favorite. We got to see capybaras, marmosets, lots of birds, and even a caiman up close. I’ll admit that last one gave me a bit of a shiver 😄. If you’re unsure, go without worry. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy nature, and make a memorable stay.

The only things I liked were the view over the mangrove and the welcome from Danilo and Verônica. They did everything they could to help, even though it wasn’t their job, since he was the receptionist and she was the cleaner. I don’t recommend staying here. The boat fares were much higher than the hotel had told us. When we arrived, the accommodation had lost power, and the water pump burned out, so we had to shower in cold water. From what I looked up, several people had faced the same situation on different occasions, so it didn’t seem like a one-off. Our room had twin beds and was tiny, almost claustrophobic. There was mold on the wall, and the walls were peeling. Then on the second night, the air conditioner burned out in the middle of the night.

We stayed in the presidential suite and had an incredible experience. The setting was wonderful, and Bia and Caio were both attentive and always ready to help. They also gave us some great tips on places to eat.
