From the start, my impression of this hotel was definitely unpleasant. I made a reservation through the Booking.com app, and the listing gave conditions and prices. But in the first message I received afterward, the conditions and procedures were different. I contacted reception on WhatsApp, and the woman was extremely rude and impolite. She told me I was the one being unkind and said, “I wasn’t the one who chose this hotel to stay at, so if you don’t like it, just find another one.” She was completely unprofessional. They tried to charge my card a month before the booking, then she canceled the reservation, saying I wasn’t welcome there. This happened on November 11, 2025.

The location is fantastic, breakfast is good, and the people are friendly, though a couple of them had an attitude at times. The worst part was the sheets: they were dirty in our first room, a bit better in the second, then dirty again after housekeeping cleaned the room. The room keys never worked, and they charge you to leave bags at the front desk.

Housekeeping stole my prescription medication. I looked it up afterward and found it’s apparently a highly sought-after product in Brazil. The room was dirty and moldy, very noisy, with an uncomfortable bed and stained sheets. Don’t stay here. If you do anyway, lock your bags.
