The way I was treated was awful. I messaged this morning to ask about making a reservation. I understand and respect the company’s policy against booking through WhatsApp, but that doesn’t excuse the response. The woman who answered couldn’t even be bothered to explain it or show basic courtesy. Telling a customer things like “my dear, honey, delete my number” in a mocking way is no way to handle the public. People in customer-facing jobs should be qualified to deal with people. After this, I won’t be a customer anyway. Retrain your staff!

The hosts were attentive throughout, and we’ll definitely come back. The apartment was very well equipped and in an excellent location. It wasn’t fancy, but it had everything we needed.
