The apartments are quite spacious, and the staff are incredibly attentive. The place has an amazing view and great services, with a fantastic location near excellent restaurants, children's playgrounds, and supermarkets.

The view was wonderful, but the apartment itself was chaotic and a huge disappointment. I stayed in apartment 201, Edifício Vieira Souto - 510, and won't be back. It was extremely old and dirty, short on sheets and pillows, and all three televisions were out of order with no internet connection. The pillows that were there were stained, and the living-room cushions smelled bad. It urgently needs renovating; otherwise, they shouldn't rent it out. I paid almost 1800,00 per night, and honestly it wasn't worth even 300,00.

The people here were warm, helpful, and full of energy. I really loved the braid I got, too. Along Avenida Viera Souto, there are local artists, singers, street vendors, and hair braiders, plus plenty of tourist spots, hotels, good restaurants, and beaches. It separates Ipanema from Ipanema Beach, and the views from the Leblon lookout are among the best. The late afternoon from Pedra do Arpoador is incredible. It's one of the most expensive meters in Latin America!
