Walk On The Beach Hostel

There aren't many bathrooms, and they're all single rooms. The crowd is mostly younger, and evenings can get loud, though the common area and nighttime bar are great. It's well located, within walking distance of Copacabana Beach. I walked to Ipenema beach too, but that's quite far. The staff were super friendly and helpful with activity tips, tour bookings, and suggestions for where to go and how to get there. Travelers from everywhere made for a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The breakfast is included, which is handy if you're on a budget, but it's small and repetitive. If you need something more filling, I'd grab a couple of extras and keep them in the fridge. The staff are helpful, the location is good, and there's a small upstairs bar with fairly priced drinks. The furnishings could use an update, especially the mattresses.

The beach is just a short walk away, and I won't forget the place or the people I met there. It had everything I wanted from a hostel: a bar, a few sitting areas, a bed, local event information, and a yummy breakfast. It was perfect.

Everyone was lovely and ready to help me find things worth seeing. They were always friendly, greeted me with a smile, and made me feel safe. Truly a great hostel. I'd visit again, 10/10!
