My room was pretty ordinary, but the bathroom only had lukewarm water. I left the tap running for a long time before showering and it still never got hot. The phone in the room wasn't working either.

I liked having a water spray beside the toilet in the washroom.

The view was spectacular, and the staff were good. The room looked a little old, though it wasn't necessarily a bad thing and had a vintage feel.

There are a few restaurants nearby, and the hotel has good rooms and service. It's downtown, though the area gets pretty deserted at night. Parking was the problem: they use a nearby garage instead of having their own, and it costs extra. One morning I waited about 15 minutes for my car.

The rooms are decent and service is ordinary. The heating could be better. Breakfast was the same every day, and the dinner buffet was okay.
