Excellent service and clean, well-organized spaces. Great value for money, and the accommodations come fully furnished with everything included.

The location worked well, close to both downtown and the beach, but the cabin was poorly maintained. The sink faucet was hard to open or shut, both beds had mattresses as hard as wood, and I had to try several times to get the microwave working. Mr. Ricardo wasn't there, and Ms. Maria didn't know how to operate it. The parking wasn't private either, we had to share with other guests, and Ms. Maria wanted to dictate where I could park, saying I couldn't leave the car near the cabin. The barbecue area was shared too, not private. On a rainy day, water came in under the window and we spent a long time drying things. Even though it was visibly leaking from below, Ms. Maria said we'd left the window open.

Cabin 1 was roomy and comfortable for our group of four. It came with a kitchen and utensils, a refrigerator, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The location is very central, with the beach nearby.

The welcome was the best part, everyone was respectful, kind, and polite. The individual studio has a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, plus a full bathroom and shower. There’s also a garage, air conditioning, a fridge, stove, and microwave. Such a good place to stay!
