Vacanza - Apart - Hotel Privativo em Alphaville

The location is excellent, and the staff across all departments were very kind. The windows don't block much road noise, though, and the sofa was broken down. Breakfast also had very few non-dairy choices.

I still prefer staying here over the other hotels in Alphaville, and the quieter atmosphere is a big plus, even though the Radisson on Al Rio Negro is nicer. I spend 4-6 weeks here each year. The internet is decent most of the time, and the workout facilities are okay. Laundry can be unpredictable since it's sent outside and sometimes takes days to come back. I raised it with senior management at Atlantica Hotels, the owner, two years ago, and the service has improved.

The pool, gym, and restaurant are all very good, and the staff are welcoming and do a good job. It's in a great Alphaville location and the price is decent. We'll be back.

Easy to get to, right on one of the neighborhood's main streets. The hotel was good, with a good restaurant and parking included. The services were fine.
