At least the apartment was clean, but the stay was uncomfortable. Music blared all day from the central pool area, making it impossible to rest or watch TV. There’s no Wi-Fi in the apartment or common areas, and the lobby connection is very slow. No room service either, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast hardly deserves the name. The fruit was poor quality, the coffee tasted disgusting, and the restaurant was so disorganized that getting bread was a struggle. The sofa bed had a very thin mattress, which made the nights a nightmare.

The pools and river are kept clean and work well. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with good beds and nice air conditioning. There are a few kitchen accessories for putting together quick meals. For the quality, the price is good. I’d recommend it.

We requested breakfast, but it wasn’t included in the reservation. There wasn’t enough parking for all the guests, and the toilet kept clogging. The room was dirty and the bathroom filthy. A horrible experience, I don’t recommend it.

Booking online through Expedia came with unexpected, non-cancellable fees that nearly doubled the advertised price. At check-in we asked about breakfast and were told it was included, as is usually the case at hotels in the area. But the next morning we were refused entry to the breakfast room. We spoke to the reservation manager, who just wanted to charge us for breakfast and did nothing to fix the mix-up. Wi-Fi is available only at reception, so be ready to use mobile data.
