The bathrooms were dirty, and the towels and sheets were stained and smelled awful. The place also needs maintenance. I went with my husband and our two daughters, including our one-year-old, who has dietary restrictions. Before booking, I asked whether they could accommodate a child and whether there was somewhere to prepare her food. They said yes, and that we could use the kitchen if needed since they were only serving breakfast at the time. Once we arrived, the service was terrible. The staff were rude and seemed annoyed, like I was asking them for a favor. I wasn't allowed to use the kitchen after all. Thankfully, I had brought all my daughter's meals prepared and frozen, but there wasn't even a microwave to heat them. They said everything was made in an Air Frye. I absolutely don't recommend it. I've stayed at other places that cost less and never had an experience like this. We came because a couple who had visited several times for New Year's Eve recommended it. They were traveling with us this time, had a young child with the same needs as mine, and ran into the same problems.

They didn't clean the rooms during our stay. And trying to warm water or food for a baby made the staff act as if we were bothering them, even though I'd asked about this before booking and was told it wouldn't be a problem. I've gone there faithfully for years for New Year's Eve, but this year was really disappointing. The hotel had nothing to offer, and it isn't practical with babies. The staff seemed very unwilling to help guests. I used to recommend this place to everyone, so it's a shame, but I don't plan to return.

The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was really good. We had a lovely stay from New Year's Eve through today. The owners were kind and very helpful, and welcomed us warmly. The place clearly needs maintenance, and the cleaning could be better. The bathrooms are old, and the electric shower malfunctioned. Its heating element burned out and smoke filled the whole room.

The breakfast was okay and the place itself has a nice setup. What I didn't like was the service and the food. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
