The beach is great, the room quality is decent, and the service is okay. But there aren't any restaurants nearby, and the surrounding roads are so bad I'm not sure they even count as roads. Accessibility is another problem: the place isn't close to wheelchair accessible, and most wheelchairs won't fit in the bathrooms. I wish I could give it five stars because it has real potential, but things were poorly thought out, so it doesn't deliver the high-end beach residence they seem to be aiming for.

The beach here is dreamlike, with several natural pools, and the property is right on the sand. Carneiros is 10 minutes away, while Maragogi and Porto de Galinhas are each about 50 minutes away. The spacious pool is the main attraction, with different levels for children, pre-teens, and adults, plus a bar for drinks. Highly recommended.

It's a quiet, family-friendly place, set on a calm beach where the water stays gentle even at high tide. The clear scenery is simply beautiful. The condominium is clean and well maintained, with direct access to the sand and its own loungers and umbrellas for guests at no extra charge. There's also private parking, a restaurant, barbecue grills, a huge pool, elevators, laundry facilities, game rooms, a gym, and a small market.
