Pousada 3 de Abril

The breakfast was really good, and everyone looked after us well, from reception to housekeeping. The cleaning women were especially thoughtful and careful. The pousada was very organized, and I really enjoyed my stay. I'd recommend it! 👍

Dona Mércia has such a big heart. She was so friendly and attentive. The rooms have been recently renovated, they're very clean, and the beds are comfortable. There's a minibar, and the TV already has streaming services logged in. Reception and breakfast are at the gas station convenience store, where the service is good.

The quality has gone downhill a lot in recent years, including the service. During my stay, I noticed major problems with cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas. Dust had built up on the furniture, the bathroom smelled bad, and the towels looked like they had already been used. Those details really affect guests' comfort and how they see the place.

I've stayed here with my family many times, but the cleaning quality has been declining, and so has the service from the woman who works at the pousada. The rooms are in poor shape cleanliness-wise and below even basic standards. There was an unpleasant smell, dust, dirty bathrooms, and the rooms hadn't been tidied with much care. They need to take another look at their cleaning standards.
