The bathrooms were in bad shape, with fixtures falling off or broken, and the shower wouldn’t heat up. The rooms smelled of mildew, the minibar barely cooled, and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was disappointing too. Staff were awful, rude, and ignorant, and didn’t seem to know how to deal with the public. They didn’t provide towels or soap. It’s somewhat close to the beach, but I wouldn’t recommend it. There are other options.
My group of 46 were satisfied with everything. It’s simple, but very good, and breakfast is in keeping with the standard of the accommodations. The inn is wonderful, with excellent service, attentive management, perfect rooms, and excellent cleanliness. Approved.
The stay was peaceful and cozy, and we all slept really well. We also liked how close the inn was to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the team welcomed us warmly. The bad part was the smell in some rooms. The minibar in the room my children stayed in smelled really bad.
The place was dirty, the towels were poor quality, and the rooms smelled strongly of mold. My family and I got sick. The guy at the front desk barely spoke to us. I don't recommend it, and if God wills, I won't be back.
I had to leave after the first night because the room wasn't suitable to stay in. The towels, bed linen, and generally poorly cleaned surroundings triggered an allergic reaction. The service was awful, and the hotel showed complete disregard afterward. I wasn't reimbursed for the two nights I didn't stay.
