I appreciate the response, but I disagree with describing the problems I reported as “isolated” or merely operational. The photos show real issues that many residents experience daily, not one-off incidents. The development has a sophisticated architectural concept and a large structure, but that doesn’t erase the significant operating, finishing, and safety failures that have drawn ongoing complaints since it was supposedly handed over. From the perspective of many residents, the development has not even been fully handed over. Workers are on site every day and services are still underway, which clearly shows that construction and structural adjustments are ongoing. It’s hard to claim operations are fully complete when that’s what people living there are seeing. Not all of the planned elevators have been installed, and the ones in use show visible rust and deterioration, which doesn’t match the standard of excellence advertised. It’s fair to ask how the project can be considered fully delivered in this condition. The elevator problems go well beyond “recalibration.” There are recurring failures and shutdowns, and people have reported getting trapped inside. That doesn’t meet the standard promised to buyers. Blaming the issues on the strain from residents moving in doesn’t explain how often they keep happening. The company has also said an additional technical audit is needed, which reinforces that there are legitimate concerns about whether the systems are working properly. The fire alarm is another concern. It keeps going off for no apparent reason. Yesterday and today, 16/05/2025 at 07:03h, there were two alarms deemed accidental in less than 48 hours, frightening residents and making them feel unsafe. There’s a popular saying, “where there’s smoke, there’s fire.” In the same way, repeated, unjustified alarms from a safety system show that something needs to be corrected and technically reviewed. The so-called “Construction Committee” is presented as a way to provide transparency and oversight, but so far it has not carried out any actual inspection with residents. Some members have direct or indirect ties to GRP, including people in accounting, real estate brokerage, and law, which compromises the independence needed for genuinely technical and impartial oversight. The two members who were future residents and represented buyers’ interests were also removed from the committee, making its representation and transparency even more questionable. I’m not writing this to create conflict. I’m recording what residents have actually experienced and pointing out that the problems raised still need concrete, transparent, and lasting solutions.
