Concept Life Stella

The apartment was so cozy and wonderfully organized, and it had all the facilities we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy, all handled on the phone. The condo’s rooftop has a beautiful view and a wonderful pool. I wish I could have stayed there for the whole month 🥹

My first stay went so well that I’ll be back again. The staff were polite and attentive, and the apartment was clean and cozy. Thanks so much for the stay.

The building works well for business or leisure, and the location at Stella Maris beach is very good. DEL's team stayed attentive throughout the service. The managed units have suitable facilities, with the rules and guidance clearly communicated. There’s parking on site, and supermarkets, laundries, barbershops and other shops nearby.

The place is good, with effective security and satisfactory cleaning. Even though the building is new, the apartment I stayed in needed bathroom maintenance: the handheld bidet sprayer hose was broken and leaking. The pillows had holes with filling coming out, the bed linen was stained, and the bed was pushed against the wall, which makes some situations difficult.
