Gruta Azul made for a distinctive stay, but the cleanliness needs attention. There was hair around the room and chewing gum by the jacuzzi. It barely worked, with just two jets running and black residue coming out. The shower drain was blocked, so water ran into the room, and the sauna was out of order.

The bathtub's hydro jets didn't work, and nobody did anything about it. They just left it at that.
