Good evening! The hotel is easy to get to, and the dishes were arranged so neatly. Congratulations! 👏👏👏👏
I was told I’d have to pay if I got the bedcover dirty. That was a first for me, after staying at so many hotels. Payment is taken at check-in, which would be fine if they explained everything beforehand. Instead, you pay and only then get the information. There was no blanket on the bed. The service was good and the place was clean, but the drink I had from the mini-fridge tasted old. I wouldn’t come back.
I liked the place overall, and the price was good. The garage took a while to open. At the hotel entrance, the low glass panel meant I had to speak through the intercom, which I rang five times. It felt risky and offered no privacy. I think the attendant has to do everything, collecting room payments, opening the gate, and answering the phone.
I’ve lived in Valéria for 20 years. On Saturday the 4th, I tried this hotel for the first time, booking an overnight stay. We arrived at 9 p.m. and were told it didn’t start until 11. I’d never heard of that. The guy made us walk through the dark garage to get to the room, even though we were on foot. Once we were in, he knocked on the door to collect the money and didn’t even ask for ID. The room, number 115, was fairly comfortable, but it had just one electrical outlet, in the bathroom. For 70 bucks, being treated like that and not even getting breakfast? I’m out.
