My room had cockroaches, and a bathroom leak left a horrible smell. I asked to change rooms, but the reception flooded during the heavy rain that day, so the move wasn't possible. When we came back from outside in the rain, the entrance was always locked and took a long time to open. The reception was almost always unattended. Breakfast was extremely poor, nothing was replenished, and the breakfast area wasn't very clean. We paid for the location, and it wasn't worth it at all.

I went to the establishment's New Year's Eve event on 31.01.2019, and it was a really unpleasant experience. I had been told we'd have a table for two, but at least six more people were seated at our table. The drinks were warm and there wasn't much food. It was a terrible experience, and I would never repeat it.

We stayed there on November 29th, and the place was really dirty. The sheets were old and stained, and we saw cockroaches. There wasn't even a soap dispenser in the shower, and they didn't provide shampoo. Breakfast was basic, and the staff weren't much help. I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel manager never showed up, and the cleaning system was poor. Our room had cockroaches and a centipede, the bed linen looked grimy, and the room maintenance was in terrible shape. Breakfast was weak too.

The ground floor was a terrible experience for us: the room was dusty and smelled moldy, and the air conditioner was dirty. Maybe the rooms upstairs are better, if there are any good ones.
