The shower was cold, and the reception staff were rude, especially one who was mocking and abrupt. We left without breakfast, and the cleaning also left a lot to be desired. A horrible experience.

The service was completely disrespectful. The room was dirty and neglected, smelled of mold and cigarettes, and had no minibar.

The suite had a whirlpool, but the bathroom had no door and the air conditioning wasn't working. There also wasn't a price list for the wine and soft drinks. It wasn't a very good stay.

The service was good, and I had a great stay. I’d recommend the hotel and would definitely come back.

The staff lack professionalism. They pass information about clients' personal lives on to other people.
