The pool area was the one part I enjoyed. The location is great, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the place gets some much-needed improvements. The room photos online didn't match what we found, though maybe we just got the worst room. Ours was tiny and uncomfortable, with mold on the walls and a very small, poorly planned wardrobe. The bathroom was especially bad: cramped, the shower enclosure barely fit one person, and its door opened inward. The water looked cloudy and odd. There was also a low window beside the bathroom, leaving little privacy for anyone using it. Wi-Fi didn't work on the second floor where I stayed, and breakfast had few choices and lasted only one hour.

The location was the one good thing. The poor communication and the owner's bad mood ruined the stay. When we arrived, the air conditioning, shower, and room curtain weren't working. We complained, and they seemed annoyed with us. Service was terrible. I even tried to fill my bottle at the water dispenser and was refused water. That was the last straw for me.
