The only good thing about this place is that it’s close to the beach. I’m not demanding and I’m usually very easygoing, but this stay left a lot to be desired. We traveled with family and got a room with mattresses that were badly worn and so thin they felt like cardboard. The bathroom was dirty, with a small, rusty mirror, and the room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The towels smelled awful, as though they’d been washed with homemade soap made from oil and caustic soda. Breakfast was the same every day, and the fruit seemed like rejects from the market. The staff didn’t seem prepared to work with people and badly need training. The pool was dirty, with debris coming up as soon as I got in. On our second day, there was a little frog swimming in it, and no staff member came to take it out.

The price may be affordable, but it didn’t feel worth it. The hotel is well located, though there are some basic things that could make a big difference, especially with the room hygiene and meals. The bathroom smelled bad when we arrived, and there was hair all over the room. At night, some tree frogs showed up, including a mother and her babies. The sheets seemed dirty and left me with itchy bumps on my back. The ham served with two of the meals didn’t look to be in good condition. There were also cats moving around the dining area, including near the tables, which could perhaps be managed better.

I stayed here with my family. The inn is close to the beach, but far from supermarkets, pharmacies, and other places. The service left a lot to be desired, and cats were everywhere, including in the dining room. The rooms need better cleaning and attention. The water smelled of rust, the bathroom stank when we arrived, and there was hair on the floor. The pool was dirty, and the food could have been prepared better. It could be a great inn, but it needs more care.

Terrible. Look it up on Reclame Aqui, there are complaints from eight years ago about the same problems, and nothing has changed. There was cat hair at breakfast, and about six cats around the dining area. They served the same breakfast food day after day, saving leftovers for the next morning. It was all hard, and the ham was slimy. The bathroom had electrical tape everywhere and loose floor tiles. The water was smelly and yellow, and the pool was so dirty nobody dared get in. The website photos don’t reflect what the place is really like.
