Almost everything about the stay was worse than expected. The parking was outside with no cover or protection, and security felt nonexistent. When I arrived, I waited at reception for over 10 minutes without anyone attending to me, so I had to go into the hotel to find an employee. In suite 07, the old, dirty, dusty bed and mattress were in poor condition and had spiders, moths, and mosquitoes around them. There was broken glass and twisted wiring in the bathroom, which felt like a serious hazard. The room’s TV was smaller than my backpack and poorly installed, the air conditioning didn’t cool the room, and the internet didn’t work in the restaurant. Dinner was terrible, limited, and came without drinks, so it wasn’t good value. Although I was told dinner and breakfast were included, I was charged for soda and juice at dinner. The meal service from the employees was poor as well. Breakfast lacked options you’d expect at a hotel of this level, like protein, fruit, juice, and dairy products.
