The rústico decor, with beautiful historical and traditional pieces, gives the place a lot of character, and the internet connection works well throughout the property. It's a peaceful escape from the fast pace of big cities, with a pleasant climate that feels like a refuge for people from hotter regions. Families should appreciate the calm atmosphere. We also had a great breakfast, and the service was very good from start to finish. A complete stay in a wonderful city, highly recommended.

The rooms are well organized, the room service is excellent, and the price seems fair for what's provided. There's a restaurant, plus plenty to do: a pool, sauna, barbecue area, sports space, and a leisure area with hammocks, benches, and a sofa. You can also enjoy the lookout and astronomy events. For anyone passing through Santa Maria Madalena, this is definitely the best hotel to stay at. A must-stay!

The staff and owners are very friendly, and the inn is well cared for, with lovely gardens and a pleasant pool area looking out toward the mountain. There's a nice walk uphill from the inn to a lookout on the property, and the night sky is clear enough to see the stars very well. Breakfast is basic, but has what you need. Although it's far from the larger centers, it's a good option for people already in the area. The main drawback is finding somewhere to eat in Santa Maria Madalena: there are few restaurants, their opening days and hours are limited, and there aren't many cafés or places for a quick bite either.
