The location is very good, but the stay itself was really unpleasant. My partner and I paid R$360 a night after deciding Booking.com was more convenient. The receptionist said she would cancel if we booked there at a price she disliked. We thought the room would be simple but pleasant, like the standard room shown on Booking.com. Instead, the bathroom had a cockroach, and the room felt insecure. The door had a glass pane with a see-through curtain, visible from outside. The tiny window was nearly impossible to close, and they couldn't find the padlock meant for the room, so we had to wait before we could lock it. When my partner raised these concerns, the receptionist shouted that it was just a personal opinion. Both reception staff were unhelpful and angry, though we hadn't been rude. One staff member came to demonstrate closing the window and slammed the door. For a basic service at that price, we expected at least a clean, secure room and friendly staff.

The treatment was awful. This woman is rude and ill-mannered, and the advertising is misleading. She takes advantage of people's goodwill, then acts like the victim. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Just look at the reviews. It's bad in every way, though the owner, as usual, plays the victim and blames the guests.

I’m so grateful to dona Letícia and manu for the wonderful attention, and to little noa for being so sweet 💞. They welcomed me so warmly and took such good care of me. It was way better than I expected. I found more than just a good place to stay, it felt safe and peaceful. Highly recommend it. Congratulations to Letícia for all the care and dedication ❤️
