Our group of 20 had Deluxe rooms that were spacious, clean, and had reliable internet. The decor has a traditional southern Brazilian feel. In a smaller city like Santa Maria, this is one of the best neighborhoods, and among the hotels I visited in town, this one stood out as the best option. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, even using guests’ names. The restaurant and co-working space are handy for business or leisure stays. Breakfast was satisfactory, though it could be better. It’s strange that they only stock the fridge if you ask.

I went to see Cris Pereira, and it was a great experience. The chairs could be better, though. The room is flat, so a tall person in front of you can make it hard to see the stage.

Worst hotel in Santa Maria. I booked a double room online, but they gave it to someone else. They said I could have a double bed for the first night, then move to a twin the next day. Very bad business.
