The room was clean and a good size, with a great air conditioner and shower. The hotel is close enough to the dunes to walk there. Food was the downside: it took almost an hour, and there aren't restaurants nearby. They also charge for a ride into town.
That caju and lime caipirinha was the best I've ever had, so give it a try if you visit. The staff were friendly, the accommodation was very nice, and it's right by the national park. We had a great stay. The mattress was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well without being noisy.
We booked our tours directly through the hotel, which was convenient. The facilities were great, the customer service was good, and the beds were very comfortable.
A lovely base near the Santo Amaro dunes in Lencois Maranhenses. The food was good, and so were the caipirinhas.
