The owners were so attentive and helpful, and the inn was very clean and organized. It was my first time in the city, and I’m sure we’ll come back and stay at Pousada São Benebito again. Thanks for having us.

Allan made our stay exceptional. He shared restaurant and outing tips and was ready to help with any questions. Pousada São Benedito is simple but had everything we needed, and its location made it easy to get everywhere on foot. We loved it.

Alan and his family were incredibly welcoming and gave us helpful advice on the attractions. The hotel is in the city center, and the rooms were tidy and clean. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with local products and food made fresh. We had an issue with the shower, and they fixed it right away.

I was very disappointed. I’d made a reservation and paid 50%, but when I arrived on 15/11/2025, Alan said there was a water problem in the room. He wanted to put me in a horrible room, and I refused. I found it strange, especially since the pousada was full afterward. I didn’t understand what happened. All I know is that it was disappointing.

We stayed at the pousada in July and were really taken with how welcoming Allan was. He was attentive, helpful, and thoughtful about the little details. He gave us several tips about the city, and he also makes a wonderful scrambled egg. I definitely recommend it. We loved our stay!
