Great location, very comfortable rooms, and close to the beach and several places in Santos.

The only bright spot was the cat, who was the only soul we saw during our stay. We booked for November 22-24, 2024, but the photos gave a misleading impression of a place that didn’t match what we found. There was no reception when we arrived. The intercom got no response, and three calls to reception went unanswered. We only heard back after contacting them on WhatsApp, where we were told the key was in a mailbox anyone could access. We had to pass through several doors to reach our room. Inside, it smelled of mildew. The curtain was broken, the air conditioner was broken, and the TV didn’t work. There was no toilet paper or bath towels, and the bed linen looked dirty and stained. The bathroom bin was a food container without a liner. Wi-Fi and hot water were the only things that worked. It was a terrible stay, and we got by thanks to the cat’s kindness, haha.

The cat Nero was such a character, really affectionate, and the place felt cozy. I was treated well, and the location is great, close to Supermercado Assaí, a pharmacy, a hospital, and other places. The room was clean too. I’ll be back soon.

The room was clean inside, but there was little else going for the place. I booked on March 12 for a May 18 check-in, for the TRIBUNA race. When I arrived, I waited outside for over an hour and a half because she wasn’t replying or answering calls. Once she picked up, she asked if I had made a reservation, then eventually realized she’d booked the wrong room. After that, I waited another 30 minutes for her to reply on WhatsApp and let me in. There’s no infrastructure for anything, so don’t bring food that needs refrigeration. I did, and it all spoiled. The room had very little ventilation, and the fan was fixed in one position.
