Loft Vista Mar - Unlimited Ocean Front

The security was excellent and the location was perfect. Wonderful views, swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a playroom, a great barbecue area, and a comfortable lounge.

The pool was nice and warm, and the entrance is next to the Pão de Açúcar supermarket. I rented a private flat apartment through the Booking app for the weekend. Had a great stay.

I’ve stayed at Unlimited other times and am a returning customer, but this stay was really unpleasant. I paid for a package from 12/4 to 15/4, with check-in at 3 pm on 12/4 at Unlimited Ocean Front. On the way, my car wouldn’t start. It was Sunday, and I had to get a mechanic to fix it, but there was no one available to help that day. I ended up checking in only at 8 pm on 13/4, so I lost a whole day of the three I’d paid for. I messaged Booking, where I bought the package, but the reply took a long time and I had to keep pleading for them to consider my situation. I asked the agent, Vitoria, to be understanding. The only adjustment offered was a 11 pm checkout on 15/4 instead of 11 am. I felt 11 am on 16/4 would have been fairer, so I could have had the three days I paid for. The car trouble wasn’t my fault, and there’s no way to predict something like that. On top of it, the apartment had internet for just one day and none the next. They tried to do what they could, but didn’t really take my circumstances into account. It was disappointing.

I spent my vacation here and had the best stay I’ve had in Santos/SP. The condominium was great and very clean, with a full leisure area: pool, kids’ space, playground, and hydromassage.
