Adriano was especially helpful, arranging sightseeing and cabs and translating into English when I needed it. I don’t speak Portuguese, so the support from him and the rest of the very helpful front desk team meant a lot. The hotel is near Santos Beach, with compact but comfortable rooms and a breakfast with very good choices. Excellent hospitality.

The room has enough space for one person, a good bed, and a good shower. It’s close to shopping and the beach, which is a plus. Breakfast has the basics for a two-day stay, including fruit, juice, scrambled eggs, bread, and butter, though it wasn’t anything special. My main complaint was the air conditioner. It didn’t cool as well as it should, especially for a place so close to the beach.

The staff were kind and the hotel was clean, with a good breakfast too. Its location made the stay for me, close to beaches, malls, and restaurants. I enjoyed being here and would definitely stay again if I return to Santos.

We don’t know much Portuguese, so it was a big help that the friendly, helpful staff could speak English. The hotel is an easy walk from the beach. They’ll also store your bags for free after checkout if you need somewhere to leave them while you look around the city. Very good hotel.

The breakfast was good, and each room has air conditioning and a safe. You only get a partial sea view from the top floor. It’s an average place. After checkout I realized I’d left a new shampoo in the bathroom, but nobody found it. Probably someone took it.
