For a budget stay, this place works well. The location is handy for the port and main highways, and the price is very good. The rooms are simple suites with their own bathrooms. There are different stay-period options, I think on separate floors, but that didn't bother me. Wi-Fi worked well, though there's no TV, fridge, shared kitchen, or common area. I brought my own bedding and towels, so the basic linens weren't an issue. A cooler or insulated bag with some ice can keep drinks cold, and you can bring a laptop for streaming. For a work trip where saving money matters, it does the job. It can also suit a beach or sightseeing trip if you just need an inexpensive place to sleep. It won't meet the same expectations as pricier places, especially for a family. There's no parking, but you can leave a car under the viaduct across the street.

The manager and reception staff were really helpful, and the place felt safe and peaceful. The price is very good. I'd recommend it if you're staying near the cruise passenger terminal.
