A lovely, quaint hotel on the grounds of an old coffee plantation, with several historic buildings and pieces of equipment from that period. The rooms are very clean, and it's a great base for climbing mountains and exploring the area.

The one thing missing was a starry sky, which gives us the perfect reason to come back. We loved our stay: the inn was a pleasant surprise, welcoming, spotless and very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. Maurício deserves a special mention. He was so kind and helpful, and easy to talk to, the sort of person who makes you feel at home.

The inn has lovely gardens, and we really enjoyed staying there. It's in the Paiol neighborhood, in the lower area with access to the Pedra do Baú, Bauzinho and Ana Chata outings. Mauricio was very attentive and gave us excellent tips on what to do nearby. We'll be back.

We went for the indomit race and Maurício served breakfast much earlier so we could eat properly before heading to the event. I thought that was wonderful, and he was so attentive. The place is beautiful and peaceful, and only 10 minutes from the center. I loved it.
