Hotel Don Carlo - Adults Only

Chic

Good evening. You should have said that your “hotel” is actually a MOTEL. I spent the whole night hearing people come and go, along with constant, explicit sex noises. Next time you take in respectable guests, warn them what sort of place they're getting into. I paid 220,00 for a night at the “hotel.” I obviously wasn't expecting anything grand in terms of facilities, but I feel misled about the other kind of service you offer alongside lodging, and I want my money back. This is absurd. You could at least have told me, “Look, Lívia, we're a motel too! Don't be surprised by how vulgar it gets.”

I went back and had the same problem as before. They seem to care so little about customers, as if the service were free. The hot water issue keeps happening, and it's very expensive for what you get. I don't recommend it. One less customer.

One star only because I can't give zero. The room we were sent to smelled of cigarettes, and they got our room wrong. The bed was bad, and the other room, the one that was actually ours, had no minibar. There was hair in the bathtub and an insect behind the toilet. You can hear everything from the other rooms, including noises that were really awkward.
