Luna Motel

The room looked lovely, but we left early because it was unbearably stuffy. My husband had booked four hours, but the air conditioning set to 16 wouldn't cool the room at all. I have breathing problems and was starting to feel unwell, so we stayed only two and a half hours. The windows were dirty, the bathtub water looked oddly yellow, and there was no liquid soap by the sink or towel. Check-out also took a long time. I don't think I'll come back.

Good evening. I want to commend the receptionist for the exceptional service on 07/10/2025. I was working in the west zone of SP and booked a suite through the APP Guia de Moteis GO so I could unwind after a long workday. Rain made traffic terrible, and even on my motorcycle it took longer than expected to reach Motel LUNA. After riding for an hour and twenty minutes in the rain, I was told my reservation had expired. It still showed as active in my app, which I showed her. She said the suite was available, but only outside the app, at a much higher price. I wish she'd shown some understanding since the rain delayed me. If the suite had been occupied, I would have understood and taken a lower-grade one. I was upset and left to look for somewhere else. I hope they hire staff with compassion instead of robots.

The rooms were in terrible shape, and the service was slow and rude from the start. We waited 40 minutes for someone at reception, then waited about an hour for our food. The pillows smelled bad and were awful, and we could hear literally everything happening in the rooms next door. I wouldn't recommend it.

We went to luna on the 29th and were treated badly. Water was overflowing from the bathtub, so we tried to stop it and called reception. The person there was very rude and said we didn't know how to use the tub, even though we hadn't even taken our clothes off. I've had wonderful experiences here before, but this time was awful. The attendant rudely implied we were haggling. She said there was no manager at the moment, then invited us to leave even though we were already on our way out and calling the police.
