For a quick stop, it’s usable, and the structure could be nice if someone put work into it. But for the price, I wouldn’t say it’s worth it. The room for three was tiny, and while the AC worked great, the bathroom was gross: orange cement between the marble floor tiles, a limescale-covered showerhead, and windows that need repair. There’s no elevator, so that’s a problem if you have a disability. Breakfast coffee was good, though the juice tasted cheap and bad. The pool was nothing special, and the outdoor tables were plastic. It feels like the hotel doesn’t invest in upkeep. Food comes from elsewhere rather than being prepared there. The two noodle dishes I ordered were awful and overpriced, and they don’t give receipts, so check your order. Service was okay. 2 1/2 stars.

I remember this place being beautiful years ago, but now it seems like nobody has cleaned the windows or fixed anything. It needs serious cleaning and maintenance. In 40-degree heat, the AC in our room didn’t work, and I had to keep insisting before they would move us. The “superior” room they gave us had two air conditioners, though one was broken, and a jacuzzi in the bathroom that was out of service. We were tired, so we stayed, but it wasn’t worth it.

It’s a straightforward two-star place that works well for a stopover, with comfortable rooms and good mattresses. The hotel is kept in good shape inside and out, and the breakfast selection is very complete. For dinner, you can order from an outside restaurant, then use the dining area they open for guests. The location makes things easy: it’s right by the main road, so there’s no need to drive into São Borja. There’s open-air parking at the entrance, and it’s pet-friendly too.

The coffee was passable, but that’s about the only decent thing I can say. The rooms were neglected and the sheets dirty, breakfast was terrible, and the restaurant was closed. We had to order delivery, which took forever. They provided bath towels but no hand towels, and the parking was uncovered. Everything else was awful. This shouldn’t be recommended as a hotel.

A great spot for people traveling through. The rooms were really nice and clean, and the owners were very attentive. They also have cold sandwiches and takeaway food available. A perfect 10! I’ve attached a photo of the dining room.
