The cancellation came just three days before our event, even though we had booked months ahead and paid for the room. They said it was a system error and refunded us, but that left us without anywhere to stay. We later found out they had apparently cancelled our booking to sell rooms to other people going to the same event at a much higher price. Completely disrespectful and unethical, with no consideration for customers.

We’d booked and paid for rooms months ahead because of an event in town. When we reached out to confirm about three days before it, the owner told us she had cancelled our reservation. We hadn’t been told until we sent that message. Such a sad experience.

It’s so quiet here, a real place to find some peace. The view is amazing, and the pousada is close to the historic center. Simple, but beautiful, cozy, and it smells lovely. The hosts are incredibly nice, and breakfast was delicious. I only saw a 4.5 rating on Google, but this place deserves much more. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

The neighborhood was really peaceful and quiet, and the view was wonderful. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, and breakfast was very tasty. The steep climb to the parking area made me a little nervous, haha, but it didn’t get in the way of a lovely stay. I really enjoyed it.

A lovely spot to unwind and take in the scenery. The host was very cordial, and they serve a great breakfast. It’s close to the historic center of São Francisco, well worth the trip over there for lunch and a walk around. I liked it a lot!
