The building feels dated and could definitely use renovations, but the owner, who lives on site, was very warm and welcoming. The location is right across from the beach, which is a big plus. We went over New Year’s, and the beach wasn’t too busy, so it was great for families with kids. There’s also an ice cream shop across the road that serves burgers and fries.

The staff were fantastic, and the landlady and landlord were so nice. It’s a great place to relax by the beach and ocean, with some nice trips possible around the nearby area too.

We stayed in seafront unit #1, with windows that open fully toward the ocean. There’s enough room, and the back porch has an ocean view and a hammock, handy when it’s raining or too sunny. The place is older but works well. The pots are old, though the location makes up for that. The beach is good for swimming or surfing and has two lifeguard outposts. There’s a restaurant on site and a few more within walking distance.
