This place has worked really well for me on both trips from Buenos Aires toward Florianópolis. I’ve stayed twice, and the service was great each time. The staff are friendly, the car can be left somewhere secure, and you’ve got what you need nearby. Things work as they should. It’s a roadside hotel, so don’t go in expecting luxury, but it does its job very well. The bathroom was great, everything was clean, and breakfast was perfect. 👍👍

The reception team were warm and helpful, and breakfast was both tasty and generous. The rooms were comfortable too, though the bathroom was cramped and awkward. Water from the shower went straight onto the toilet and soaked everything, and the broken sink tap had to be held to switch it on and off.

The breakfast was the one thing that made this stay worthwhile. The hotel is old and there's no elevator, so a room upstairs means a workout. The mattresses were terrible, with springs pressing into my back and leaving me unable to rest. Staff were friendly during my stay, though, and they even got back some books I'd dropped behind the bed.
