I had to find somewhere to stay in an emergency, and senhor Hélio at reception welcomed me warmly and politely. He was an excellent professional and gave me all the help I needed. Special thanks to Hélio. The room was excellent too, breakfast was splendid, and the price was very fair. I recommend this place without hesitation.

I didn't expect this much, but everything was perfect. Dinner and breakfast are included in the rate. Dinner is all-you-can-eat, with lots of very good options. I couldn't believe the range of delicious things at breakfast either. The service and everything else felt like what you'd get at a higher-category hotel, and the staff were top-notch. Congratulations. I'll recommend it and come back many times.

The dinner that's included and the excellent breakfast were real highlights, along with the comfortable rooms and great value for money. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the region. I'd recommend it!
