Pousada Marinah

Terrible service! The attendant was very rude, and it was all misleading advertising. There are much better places to stay in São José da Coroa Grande.

I can’t think of anything good to say. It was a disappointing stay and a waste of money, one of the worst inn experiences I’ve had. The location was hard to find, with no sign or other directions, and there was little service. I could barely find the staff member. The room was tiny, poorly maintained, smelled bad, and had stained sheets that looked dirty. Anyone with allergies to dust or mites should stay away. There were no personal hygiene products either. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my miserable days there. There was no parking, so the car had to stay on a very dark street. The chairs were broken, the sun umbrella was torn, and the small pool was filthy. Breakfast was awful: very few choices, and what little there was tasted bland and was cold. We stayed three days, and the same food was served each day with nothing replenished.

A pleasant surprise for the price, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The stay was deeply disappointing. Pousada Marinah, on Avenida Siqueira in São José da Coroa Grande, PE, was nothing like the version shown on its website. The information and photos on the platform were seriously misleading. The facilities were poor, the service was awful, and the lack of care for guests was obvious. The overall setup fell far short of what you’d expect from this kind of place. I’m disappointed that this property is still listed on tourism platforms. Customers who trust Livelo’s recommendations deserve better. I strongly recommend that Livelo review its partnership and remove the inn from its suggestions. I would not recommend Pousada Marinah under any circumstances. The experience felt sad and discouraging, with a complete disregard for guests. Urgent improvements are needed, or the accommodation should be suspended from platforms that care about quality.
