Pousada Villa Goya

The inn is attractive, clean, and organized, and the pool was very good. I saw someone cleaning it and adding a product to the water around 8 a.m. on Sunday, so it is maintained. I did wish the staff had told us the pool and breakfast hours, along with other useful information. The air conditioners were very dirty inside and even worse outside, and some of the outdoor units were so loud that sleeping was difficult. In room 211, the refrigerant seemed low: the indoor coil was freezing over and the room wouldn’t cool. I told the manager around 2:30 p.m. He said he’d call a technician, but when I got back at 6:30 the AC still wasn’t fixed, so they moved us to another room. Breakfast is basic. They refill the main items, but not everything, so it’s best to go early. Parking is limited, and if you leave and return late, you may not find a space. Since the inn is right in front of the highway, street parking isn’t an option.

The peaceful atmosphere made it a great place to rest and recharge. The inn was very clean, organized, and cozy, and the location made it easy to reach the main places in the area. Staff were attentive, polite, and always available to help. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and everything very fresh. My stay was wonderful, and I’ll definitely come back. I recommend it if you’re looking for comfort, hospitality, and a pleasant stay from start to finish.

The staff were very attentive, but the inn still has a lot to improve. Breakfast wasn’t replenished, so there was less to eat by 7:30, and from 8 a.m. there was nothing left. If you want a proper breakfast, get there at 7. There was too much noise, the rooms had no ventilation, and the beds were poor quality.

I spent the weekend here and loved it. Everything was well organized, and breakfast met my expectations. The whole team were friendly and attentive, truly top-notch. I highly recommend it.
