Birdsong and all the trees around the hotel made a lovely setting. It's out of the city, though, so you'll need transport to get into town. Getting there from the state highway is easy, and the huge pool was a real highlight. Our room was comfortable, with a very large double bed and another big single bed for our 3-year-old daughter. The hotel is beautiful, but some details felt neglected: the finishings, poolside flooring, outdoor facilities and atmosphere, music outside, and bathroom amenities could all use attention. A few areas also looked abandoned, perhaps because the hotel isn't always busy. Breakfast was decent rather than amazing. The buffet was short on several items while the hotel was busy, though they were refilled after a wait. All in all, it's a great place to stay in the Rio Preto area.

So pretty, and there are birds singing all around 😍 Breakfast is good 👍 They just need to clean the dust from under the beds.

I was there for a business event, and the conference room was good. Everything went smoothly. Lunch was the one letdown, it could've been better. I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the accommodations.

The restaurant's food and service are very good, with decent prices. The hotel is good too, and the rooms are clean.
