I arrived late, but everything went smoothly. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre, with restaurants, shops, and bars nearby, and getting to the car park was easy. The breakfast was excellent. My room was a good size, very clean, and had a nice shower. The staff were friendly.

The room had a comfortable mattress and good quality bedding. It was large, with space for luggage and a big desk to work at. There's wood flooring in the room and ceramic tile in the bathroom. The split air conditioner worked well, and there was plenty of hot water at both the tap and shower. The breakfast was better than a continental one, with butter instead of margarine like you often get at cheap hotels like this. The covered garage was secure and free. Reception is open 24 hours, and the staff at reception and breakfast were kind. It's not a luxury hotel, but it has everything you need.

It's a great hotel for the price, with clean rooms and good housekeeping. The breakfast is basic but well done, and it delivers 🥰🎊😻 Ed at reception is a sweetheart and very welcoming!

The room stank. As soon as I opened it, a huge cockroach was flying around inside. There was mold on the walls and in the bathroom, and it even set off my rhinitis. The air conditioner didn't cool. This was awful, and I'd tell people to avoid it if they don't want a headache. I'm very unhappy with this hotel and wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. They say parking is included, but you might find it's full and be told by the hotel management to park on the street.

Hotel Modena offers a simple, efficient stay in the city centre. The place is clean and the service is friendly. A budget-friendly option for anyone wanting basic comfort and good service.
