I tried the reservations department several times before and after emailing them. Each time, the recording said nobody was available, that my contact would be registered, and that they’d get back to me. They never called back. It took more than three days to get an email reply to a simple question, and even then they didn’t really answer it.

The location suited me because it’s close to CTA, where I needed to go, and the free WiFi worked well for work. This is a new property from a French chain, with more European-style facilities than Brazilian ones, including hot water at the tap and clean, new furniture. Breakfast costs 10 reis, but the fruit and jam weren’t very good. I left the jam because it looked rotten.

The beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the hotel felt very modern. It’s a solid option in Sao Jose dos Campos or around the Vale do Paraíba region, with decent service overall. Being near the Dutra highway makes it easy to reach Rio de Janeiro, Litoral Norte (Ubatuba - São Sebastião - Ilha Bela), and the southern part of Minas Gerais (sul de Minas). It’s also near the city center and a few restaurants. Breakfast is available too.

The price wasn’t worth it. The pillows and sheets were dirty, and I couldn’t find soap or anything for personal hygiene. I don’t recommend it.
