Blue Tree Towers São Luís Hotel

We'd held off trying lunch at the “8” restaurant after a rather uncertain start when the staff changed a year ago, but decided to give it a go today. It was excellent. The service was warm and friendly, and the food was very good. We chose the “executive” meal, which was nicely prepared and presented, tasty, and fairly priced.

Really nice, and right next to the beach.

I felt safe here and enjoyed my stay a lot. The staff were excellent, and the maid service was good. A few things, like a room safe, weren't provided, but the staff were keen to make sure guests were comfortable. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a place to rest.

Our flight was delayed, so we stayed here to sleep instead of driving on toward Lençóis. We arrived at 2 am, and I was so tired that I forgot to take photos and just wanted to sleep. The room had no decor, with a feel more like a detention center than simple minimalism. The beds were very firm, almost like sleeping on the ground, and only had a thin top sheet, no comforters. Breakfast was a chaotic buffet. At checkout, the hotel had charged us for an extra room somehow, and sorting it out was frustrating. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
