Nothing about this stay was good, and I wouldn't recommend it. We arrived for breakfast at 8:30 and there was already nothing left that was any good. The bedding was awful and looked used, and the towels they gave us were dirty and wet, as if they had come from previous guests. The room was dirty too. The pool seemed to be under endless maintenance, the grass was dry, and the whole property looked abandoned. It wasn't worth it.

I had to rent another inn so I wouldn't lose my visit and vacation in town. The place had no reception or staff, the pool wasn't working, and there was even a snake inside it. Breakfast was just couscous, sausage, and two pitchers of juice. The owner was very rude and wouldn't answer chat or WhatsApp. I booked through Booking, but they didn't refund me, so I was left out of pocket. Everyone, don't come here.

HORRIBLE, dreadful, awful, terrifying. Don't go under any circumstances. The place is literally ABANDONED. The pool is completely unfit for swimming and looks like a sewer. The rooms smell strongly of mold and cat pee. An employee said the owner had let the place go because he lives in paraíba. There is no basic maintenance, and the only employee leaves at three in the afternoon, after which the property is completely deserted. You can tell it used to be beautiful, but now it's been left to fall apart. I lost my money because I booked through booking and they won't refund it. It feels like the whole thing is set up as a scam. I hope someone wrecks the place out of anger at how disrespectfully guests are treated.

I should have checked the reviews first. I fell for what seemed like a well-planned scam, and they wouldn't return my money. Booking takes no responsibility and keeps helping the scam along. The property is completely abandoned and not fit to host anyone. It's infuriating that its listing is still active and misleading people. I felt powerless after losing my money, and even thought about taking something to make up for the loss, but my conscience wouldn't let me stoop to the scammers' level. It's so easy to steal people's money in Brazil. I booked through Booking, but the company washes its hands of it and compensates nobody. Nothing works, everything is abandoned. They had an older woman there until 15h who didn't even know what had been reserved, she was just there to complete check-in. S.O.S. I WAS ROBBED.
