Pousada Azul de Milagres

The service is what really makes this pousada special. Everyone is so empathetic, and Amanda is always ready to help with great tips for making the most of Milagres. The kitchen staff are friendly and helpful too. We loved the pousada, and the breakfast is top notch. Highly recommend! 😍

The pousada is wonderful, from the service to the facilities. The rooms are comfortable and always spotless, and breakfast is fantastic, with lots of menu items you can order on the spot. They share a WhatsApp number for questions and have a really complete local guide full of restaurant, outing, and other tips. 10/10!

We loved the location and the pousada's beautiful, cozy, well-kept grounds. The room was super comfortable, nicely decorated, and always clean. Breakfast, made by Maria and Dácia, was delicious. Amanda was on hand with answers and suggestions, and Andressa, Maria, and Dácia were all lovely. Thanks to everyone for everything! About the cats, as another reviewer mentioned, you can ask the owners to put them in the office if you don't like cats. Some are strays, though, so they're difficult to control. We love them, so it wasn't an issue for us. The only drawback was the shower, which swung between too hot and too cold and had weak pressure. I'd still definitely come back.

Amanda was fantastic when I arrived on 24/12/25 and realized I'd booked for December 2026 by mistake. She stayed calm, checked for the reservation, called hotéis.com, and confirmed it was for the following year. She still found a way to get me a room. The pousada is new, the room was large, the breakfast very good, and the support staff were wonderful.
