The breakfast was really good, and I liked the rooms, especially having a minibar and microwave kitchen. The hotel is well placed, though the walls are thin enough that noisy guests carry clearly. I also found the check-in deposit system confusing. When payment time came, they eventually sorted everything out.

The staff were cheerful and very helpful, and I’d stay again if I’m back in Sao Paulo. My room was comfortable, with a large desk and sofa. The other facilities felt pretty basic, including the meeting rooms, gym, and pool, which was brrr cold. They also lend umbrellas, which came in handy during a downpour.

The ground-floor restaurant is really only worth it for breakfast. I’d avoid dinner there. The neighborhood is usually calm, except when students return to nearby PUCSP and it gets busy. The hotel itself needs some repairs, since the paintwork and doors aren’t in great shape.

We were in town for the TWICE February concerts, and getting to and from Allianz Parque stadium was quick. The hotel is in a great neighborhood, with stores and restaurants close by. I also liked the rooftop pool and its amazing city view, plus the rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were excellent, especially for English or Spanish speakers, and breakfast was an amazing buffet.
