The location is incredible, and the building has a gym, Cowing, pet areas, and places to relax with hammocks. I got a brand-new, clean, well-organized studio on the 4th floor, apartment 403. It's nicely decorated in green tones, has a wonderful city view, and can host three people. There's 24-hour reception, an electronic door lock, and it's close to Allianz. Wonderful!

I picked this studio mainly because it’s only 600 m from Allianz, where I had a show on my trip itinerary. Restaurants, snack bars, and bakeries are close enough to reach on foot, and there’s a nearby Pão de açúcar supermarket where I walked over to get what I needed. I booked it through Airbnb.

This was my second stay in the building through 360 Suítes. The first time was excellent, but this stay has been a letdown. The apartment smells like sewage, and the bathroom sink and shower stall both leak. Even washing my hands or taking a shower floods the bathroom. 360suites said they could send maintenance but couldn’t move me to another apartment. I’m here for a trade fair and can’t be there during the maintenance window. The apartment has equipment from my company for the fair, so I can’t leave it open without supervising. That means I’m stuck with these conditions for five days. Shameful.

Studio 604 was comfortable and well equipped, and the front desk worked smoothly. We booked through 360 suítes and everything went fine. The neighborhood is quiet and has lots nearby, including Bourbon shopping mall, restaurants, and Allianz Parque, which is great for shows. There’s also a very good gym.

The only issue was the electronic lock. It didn’t work, and it took two hours to get it sorted out.
